The Muskogee Medical Foundation is proud to support community health initiatives through our Grants Program. These grants are designed to empower nonprofit organizations and community partners who are working to improve the well-being of residents in Muskogee.

Purpose of Our Grants

Grants are awarded to organizations for projects and programs that align with the Foundation’s mission of supporting healthcare/wellness needs in Muskogee.

• Access to Care – Expanding healthcare services to underserved populations

• Health Education – Promoting public health awareness and medical education

• Medical Equipment & Technology – Providing tools that improve diagnostic and treatment capabilities

• Workforce Development – Supporting training programs for nurses, physicians, and other healthcare workers

• Innovative Solutions – Encouraging new models of care and community health interventions

Grant Application Process

The Muskogee Medical Foundation has a grant cycle of January through March each year. All grant requests must be submitted during that time frame, utilizing the online grant submission form. All applications will be reviewed in April and applicants will be notified at the beginning of May.
Eligible applicants include: Public health agencies, Non-profit organizations, Educational institutions and Community health programs.
